The Chima armchair is inspired by the deep connection between chimarrão and gaucho culture. In Rio Grande do Sul, inviting someone to share chimarrão is a gesture of hospitality, a moment of conversation and warmth, the very essence that inspired the creation of Chima. Its shapes reflect the silhouette of the cuia (thetraditional vessel used to drink chimarrão) with elegant and precise curves that enhance the space while providing physical and visual comfort. The armchair’s arms, delicately connected to the base, embrace the seat and support the backrest, creating a layered detail on the back of the piece. Balanced and cozy, the Chima armchair is versatile, adapting to different spaces and bringing sophistication and comfort to any environment.
